For a successful hen night, take:
* an assortment of girls from Kenya to Kazakhstan and a few countries in between
* a giggly workout session in a sunny dance studio
* Thai take-out
* inexplicably exploding balloons
* chatter in Russian, Swedish and English
* a hard-core cynic
* a wedding dress improvised out of bin liners
* a crowded dancefloor at midnight
Mix with high heels and a few rolls of toilet paper, and all is well with the world.
